Products

We provide premium products for marine engineering applications that are custom-designed to meet the specific needs of your project and site environment. Our product solutions are designed for optimal performance and built to last in even the most challenging marine conditions. The interactive models presented below are simplified samples of structures we have used in prior projects.

Pontoons

Pontoons are versatile floating platforms used in the construction of commercial and recreational marine structures. We offer many different configurations of shapes, sizes, and load capacities depending on the nature of your project. Additionally, we can accommodate unique customisations such as built-in connection boxes, drainage and separator systems, adjustable platforms, storage, and decking options.

Aluminium Pontoons

Aluminium pontoons are lightweight and provide good buoyancy. The body forms a protective oxide layer in the site environment which resists further corrosion. Their versatility and ease of installation makes them suitable for many practical applications. Aluminium pontoons require low maintenance and are easy to uninstall and remove.

Concrete Pontoons

Concrete pontoons maintain high buoyancy even with heavy loads, making them well-suited to industrial and heavy-duty applications. They are durable, non-flammable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. Their installation is more cost and labour intensive, but they can have a design lifetime of up to 50 years with proper maintenance.

Piles and Pile Guides

Piles are vertical structural supports driven into the seabed or ground to provide stability for marine structures, such as docks, piers, and marine platforms. Made from materials like steel, concrete, or wood, piles anchor structures firmly, even in challenging conditions. Pile guides are devices that help position and align piles during installation. They ensure precise placement, improving efficiency and safety. Together, piles and pile guides create a robust foundation, ensuring long-term stability and durability for marine and coastal construction projects.

Internal Piles and Pile Guides

Internal piles are driven and enclosed within a structure to create a more compact design, and are a practical option for sites where space is limited. This enclosure provides additional protection from environmental factors.

External Piles and Pile Guides

External pile guides are more accessible for adjustments and maintenance following installation. They offer more flexibility for guiding multiple piles or handling larger installations and can be used in a wide variety of applications.

Marine Accessories

Marine accessories are products we use to customise pontoon structures for their specific application and site environment. They are simple, cost-effective solutions to fulfill mooring and safety requirements. We provide a range of materials to choose from to suit your sustainability goals and budget, such as concrete, aluminium, [stainless] steel, polyethylene (PE), wood plastic composite (WPC), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and wood.

Connection Boxes

Connection boxes are essential for insulating electrical circuits, protecting them from external elements and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the wiring system. They mitigate the risk of saltwater corrosion, reducing the possibility of electrical faults and fires.

Gangways

Gangways provide access to, from, and between vessels and platforms. Constructed from industrial-grade materials for performance in demanding environments, they ensure safe and smooth transitions across varying heights and surfaces.

Bollards

Bollards are essential for securely fastening vessels to marine structures. Constructed from certified welded steel, they offer durability and strength to withstand the forces of docking. Available in various styles, they provide excellent performance at a competitive price.
